STAR Geoenvironmental helps clients evaluate environmental risk before property acquisition, redevelopment, infrastructure construction, and project financing decisions. Our work supports informed decision-making by identifying recognized environmental conditions, regulatory concerns, permitting considerations, and potential project constraints early in the process.

Our due diligence services include Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, support for ASTM E1527 and ASTM E1903, environmental database reviews, site reconnaissance, regulatory file reviews, storage tank evaluations, limited soil and groundwater investigations, and practical recommendations for next steps. Where applicable, we also identify stormwater, SPCC, SWPPP, and permitting considerations that may affect development or construction planning.
